Policy Statement of Integrated Management System (IMS)

Water is the origin of life.

Our company is one of the fundamental parts in the country’s water resources management and our operation has a critical effect on the society’s people life as well as the society development.

Our practice is on the scientific basis to do commitments in the society.

IMS has established in the company based on ISO 9001: 2008, ISO 14001: 2004, and OHSAS18001:2007, as the practical aspect of the abovementioned belief, as well as in the line with development prospects in 2025 in order to use new managerial tools.

All coworkers are supposed to apply all policy items of IMS to line up the activities and processes results.

The main items of IMS are as follows:

• Paying attention to the mission and qualitative objectives of the company and compliance with the company values.
• Continuous improvement of knowledge and skill of staff.
• Participation of company staff in improvement activities emphasizing on knowledge-based activities.
• Continuous improvement of the company’s processes effectiveness.
•  Emphasizing on preventive procedure in IMS
• Enhancing preparedness level against disasters
• Enhancing the clients’ satisfaction level providing optimal services in shortest possible time.
• Enhancing and promoting the staffs’ satisfaction level
• Decreasing environmental risks and increasing immunity emphasizing on the preventive actions.
• Observing legal obligations and their effective implementation.

Meanwhile I declare my constant belief and commitment to the objectives of the company, Mr. Gholamreza Hashemi is appointed as management representative in IMS with necessary authorities.
